I have been experiencing some odd behavior on Eclipse 3.3.1 when refreshing folders within a project that exists in a mapped drive. The following is a screenshot of the error:

Maybe Norton AntiVirus thinks javaw.exe is Trojan horse. If you have this antivirus running, I do not remember how to fix it but try to disable Norton AntiVirus temporary and refresh the folder. I hope it helps your issue. Let me know
I have the exact same problem, through multiple machine formatting and different versions of Eclipse / cfEclipse. I have since switched to local development with Apache and coldfusion developer edition, and the problem has completely disappeared. not to mention Apache is totally awesome, and I’m never going back to IIS!
