Need an eclipse ftp synchronizer, help!

I just wanted to open a topic of discussion to see what are your recommendations for an FTP synchronization plugin for Eclipse.  I know Aptana has one and CFBuilder also, which is pretty sweet.  However, what if you don’t want any of those two IDEs for some reason.  What would you use?  Comments? Suggestions?  By the way, I use CFBuilder and it is fantastic.

You may want to check out the filesync plugin, http://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/filesync

From the eclipse site: FileSync plugin for Eclipse is a file synchronisation tool. The main goal is to keep files outside of Eclipse projects in-sync with Eclipse project files. The plugin works as builder in Eclipse and will synchronize all changes on Eclipse project files with mapped external folders. E.g. if a file is created, changed or deleted in Eclipse, then the mapped (external) file will be created, changed or deleted too.

The ANT Sync task would probably be the easiest option, I would have thought :)

I would agree with Mark, the Ant option is the easiest to implement and use.

ESFtp is good for this purpose. http://sourceforge.net/projects/esftp/

It is a manual step to sync a file, but it has a button for save and upload so it is pretty smooth. Gives good control over the sync process.
