I will be presenting live at the Inland Empire User Group ( this coming March 4th at 7pm in Cal Poly Pomona.  So if you are close to the Los Angeles Metro area, please drop by as they will have food, drinks and of course our BDD presentation on TestBox.

Come learn about this xunit and bdd testing framework. We will cover how TestBox is a direct replacement for mxunit, how it introduces a new way to test via Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and automation via ant.

Just wanted to quickly mention that Michael Smith is running a nice little survey about the state of the CF Union.  So whether you use ColdFusion or Railo or OpenBD... go and fill it in! And spread the word about it, seems like an interesting exercise.

Thanks to the comments in our coding guidelines post we have added a ColdFusion Builder formatter.  Just go to Eclipse Preferences > ColdFusion > Profiles > Formatter and click on the Import button.  You can download our formatter from here:

The Ortus coding guidelines can be found here  This includes several CFML and ColdBox guidelines to help with projects.

Getting started with WireBox Dependency Injection

If you ever wanted to check out WireBox for dependency injection in your ColdFusion applications, you can check out the release of the Ortus WireBox RefCard.  A great way to start and get a 20,000 foot view of the framework.
